Get Involved!

This page is under construction.

Make a difference in the lives of new and expecting families! Whether you are a parent or professional with an interest in perinatal mental health, PPSM has a place for you to help.

PPSM is completely volunteer-led, so our focus is on sustainability . This reminds each of us to be mindful of how much we take on. If we take on too much, we run the risk of burning out; and then we cannot sustain our organization long-term.

We encourage you to be kind to yourself and realistic about your time and energy as well.

Below is a list of volunteer positions for you to choose from. If you don’t find something that suits you, and you still want to be involved, let’s talk! We try the best we can to match skills and interests to the work that needs to be done.
